From our experience of effectively offering great services, we understand that not each request goes flawlessly inevitably, but rather if things do not go as arranged TowGig Technologies arrives to offer assistance. This document portrays key refundrelated information.

TowGigs’ refund is based on the issue at hand and is never guaranteed. We would research and investigate the issue or complaint that was brought to our attention. If a service was not completed fully due to a faulty part, the supplier would first provide a new part, and would be installed at no additional charge depending upon you(Buyer) arrangement with the contractor/Expert. We or our partners cannot control manufacture defects.

If a damage occurred to the vehicle during the repair service, that was a direct result of a partner expert and evidence was provided to confirm this. Given that the Expert is a contractor and working for himself/herself, the Buyer and Expert would have to arrange for a repair in a timely manner, then notify us. In such a case, we're ready to assist the Buyer and Expert/contractor if ever need be, so as to facilitate and make things satisfactory for the both of you. Users(Buyer and Expert) get bonuses from our partnered companies when they have made at least two business transactions with TowGig within a year.(January 1st, to December 24th)

Note that in the event that you change your mind about your purchase of the service and the service have not been dispatched or rendered, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request within seven business days. Also, TowGig will not offer or give you a refund or replacement if you have just changed your mind on the service already purchased.

Refund requests made after you services is rendered, is handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within Seven (7) days of your original purchase After this 7-day period, you will no longer be eligible and will not be able to receive a refund.

In addition, warranty is not covered on third party-supplied parts. At any time parts are supplied by the partner/Expert or the buyer for any job, any labour provided in relation to third party-supplied parts are not covered under warranty. Unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract. If a third party supplied part fails or does not work due to a manufacturer defect, it’s not covered by TowGig and you will need to contact the part supplier to cover the part and associated labour to replace it. Warranty on company-supplied parts may include a replacement part by the supplier when a refund is not applicable.

Remember, in order to be eligible for a refund, all evidence of purchased service must be made available or presented upon request by TowGig for verification.

REFUNDS

When we receive your request for refund, we will examine it and inform you that we have received and reviewed it. We will promptly advise you on the status of your Refund in the wake of investigating the service. Immediately your refund is affirmed, we will start a Refund's Process to your sole system for payments. You will get the credit within a 7 business days, contingent upon your account issuer’s policies.
